Can I use Rumus for free?
Yes! The Free plan includes all core terminal features, SSH/SFTP support, workspaces, and local vault storage. You can also bring your own API keys to use AI features without a paid subscription.
What's included in the $5/month AI credits?
The Max plan includes $5 worth of AI model usage per month, which covers the built-in AI agent and smart autocomplete features. This is typically enough for regular daily use. If you need more, additional usage is billed at cost with no markup.
What's your refund policy?
Pro subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee. For Max subscribers, we offer a full refund within 14 days if no AI credits have been used. This is because AI credits represent actual costs we incur from model providers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All vault data (hosts, SSH keys, credentials) is end-to-end encrypted before being synced. We cannot access or decrypt your sensitive data. Only you, with your encryption key, can access it.
