Can I use Rumus for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes all core terminal features, SSH/SFTP, workspaces, and local vault storage. You can also bring your own API keys for AI features.

What is a token?

A token is a unit of text processed by an LLM. Hosted usage is charged only for the text your prompts and responses consume, at the model API list price plus a Rumus Token Fee.

Do I get free credits when I subscribe?

Yes. Pro includes $5 in AI credits every month, granted automatically on renewal. Invitation-code access unlocks Pro features but does not include monthly credits.

What's your refund policy?

Pro subscription fees are fully refundable within 14 days. Consumed recharge balance and promotional credits are non-refundable.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Vault data is encrypted end to end before sync. Only you can decrypt hosts, SSH keys, and credentials with your encryption key.

Can I use Rumus without AI?

Yes. Rumus is a full-featured terminal first. Disable AI and keep using SSH, SFTP, workspaces, the vault, and all core terminal features.
