Thanks for the feedback! We've just shipped a few improvements:
Videos larger than 10MB will now be automatically compressed in your browser before uploading, which should significantly reduce upload time.
If compression isn't available in your browser, the original file will be uploaded directly.
You'll now see toast notifications showing the compression and upload progress.
These changes are already live. Feel free to try again and let us know if the experience is better!
