Rumus has a small built-in referral program. If a friend signs up using your invitation code, both of you get one month of Pro — credited automatically when the code is redeemed. Generate an invitation code
Open the account page
Settings → Account, or visit rumus.ai/dashboard.
Click Generate
Rumus generates a code and shows it in the section. The card also shows how many times the code has been used.
Redeem a code someone gave you
The reward
- You get 1 month of Pro added to your account.
- The person whose code you used gets 1 month of Pro too.
- Reward applies as soon as the redemption succeeds.
The 1-month Pro reward includes everything in the Pro plan except the $5 of monthly AI credits — those come with paid Pro subscriptions only. Sync, vault sync, web search, and access to built-in models on a pay-as-you-go basis are all included.
Rules
A few enforcement details worth knowing:- You can’t use your own code. The server validates that the redeemer and the code’s owner are different accounts.
- One redemption per account, ever. You can only redeem a code once across your whole account history. If you’ve redeemed someone’s code before, redeeming a new one won’t apply.
- Codes don’t expire as far as the program is concerned — your code keeps working until the program ends.
- Each redeemer counts once. If three of your friends each use your code, you get three rewards (one per friend). Their accounts get one each.
Errors you might see
| Error | What to do |

| Invalid code | Double-check spelling. Codes are case-insensitive but exact. |
| Cannot use own code | You’re signed in to the account that generated the code. Have the person you’re inviting redeem it on their account. |
| Already used a code | Each account can redeem one code, lifetime. Nothing else to do here. |
Where to see active rewards
Your active subscription status — including any Pro time granted by invitations — is visible at rumus.ai/dashboard. If invitation rewards have been applied, your Pro expiry date reflects them.Tips
- Pin your code in your sharing channel of choice. If you like introducing tools to people, having the code already pinned in a Slack DM or message draft makes it a one-click ask.
- Walk new invitees through sign-in. Point them at Sign in if they get stuck — the redemption form is in the same Account page once they’re signed in.
